repay fxTokens to release staked collateral

participants can unlock all or a portion of their vault collateral by repaying fxToken debt.

this is done by burning fxTokens when you repay the debt in your vault. after repaying your debt you will be able to withdraw your collateral.

at all times debt must be above 100 so if you wish to do a partial repayment keep in mind there will be an error if the remaining debt is less then 100.

*a protocol fee of 0.0% is charged to burn fxTokens, withdrawn from a users vault collateral upon each burn.
