# fxKeeper

establishment of protocol controlled **'**[**fxKeeper**](https://app.handle.fi/earn)**'** pools allows for the rapid execution of [**CDP vault liquidations**](https://docs.handle.fi/liquidations) in the instance they become under collateralised and breach their [liquidation trigger](https://docs.handle.fi/definitions). \
\
fxKeeper pools contain fxToken assets staked by ecosystem participants.\
\
staked fxTokens are used for the purchase of liquidated vault collateral, and repayment of that vault's fxToken debt.\
\
fxKeeper pool stakers receive a share of any vault liquidation profits in **ETH**, as well as [**FOREX**](https://docs.handle.fi/tokens-and-governance/forex-tokens) rewards, which can be boosted based upon a users veFOREX balance.&#x20;
